The stylish kitchenette is equipped with a sink, fridge, double induction hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with essential cookware, tableware and utensils — providing everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Each pod sleeps up to five guests (maximum four adults), with selected pods welcoming up to two dogs. Inside, you’ll find Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for added comfort, along with a separate bathroom featuring a toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Sometimes life events can mean that you are unable to take your break as intended. Adding our flexible holiday package means you can make multiple amends to your booking without charge.
• Make up to 3 free amendments to your booking until 12 noon, 72hrs prior to check in
• Free transfer of booking dates

• Cancel your booking before 12 noon, 3 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund minus the £25 fee
• Cancel your booking after 12 noon, 3 days prior to arrival, only the first night rate is retained along with the £25 fee

Cosy glamping pods
Bracelands offers 5 delightfully cosy camping pods which are available throughout the year, so you can save yourself the effort of pitching that tent and enjoy every season in glorious colour.
Situated at the top end of the campsite, you'll wake up to amazing views over the Forest of Dean, whilst sitting on the veranda, enjoying your morning drink whilst watching the wildlife that roam freely around the site.

Our Pods are well insulated, with an internal space of approximately 2.5 m x 4.5 m
We have 3 "family" pods furnished with real beds comfortably sleeping 4 people that also include a heater.

Bring your four legged friend
Our pet friendly pods are unfurnished, so you will need to bring your own camping beds, but do have lighting, a boot tray, electric points, coat hook and a heater. There is a maximum of 2 pets, and 4 adults in these pods.
Pet Cleaning
Whilst we always hyper-allergenically deep clean after departure, specifically, when your pets have holidayed, we would politely request you endeavour to leave the unit as clean, undamaged and debris free as on arrival.
Family safari tents (pets welcome)

Available from April to October, our five spacious safari tents offer a comfortable base for exploring the great outdoors – no pitching required. Set on a terraced site with far-reaching views across the Forest of Dean, each tent has its own veranda where you can enjoy a morning drink and spot local wildlife.
Each safari tent sleeps up to six people and includes two separate bedrooms: one double and one with a triple bunk and single trundle. Inside you’ll find an open-plan living area with dining table, seating and a kitchenette, plus storage, lighting and plug sockets.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, two-ring induction hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with crockery, cutlery, cookware and essential utensils.

What to Bring for Your Glamping Stay
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, please remember to bring the following essentials:
- Bedding: Including pillows, sleeping bags or throws
- Towels and toiletries
- Cleaning products
- Food and provisions for your stay
- Pease note: the site gets very dark at night, so don’t forget to pack a torch!
For the cosy camping pods you should also bring your own camping essentials such as chairs and cooking facilities. You may bring a charcoal or gas BBQ. We do not permit campfires, fire pits or wood burning on site.

The safari tents and deluxe camping pods are fully equipped with all cooking and camping essentials, so you only need to bring your own bedding.
Parking Information
Each unit includes one dedicated parking space.
An additional vehicle can be pre-booked for £5 per day (maximum of one extra vehicle per booking).
Dog-Friendly Pods
We offer a limited number of dog-friendly Family Pods (maximum 2 dogs per unit). If you're travelling with your pooch and can't find availability, please call us directly at 01623 572 337.
Essential assistance dogs are always welcome.
Arrival information
Arrival & Departure Information – Glamping Accommodation
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests vacate by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early Arrival / Late Departure
During quieter times, early check-in (from 10:00 AM) or late checkout (until 4:00 PM) may be available, subject to availability and a £15 fee. To arrange this, please contact the campsite directly on 01623 572 337, either the day before or the morning of your arrival.
Security & Cleaning Deposit
A £100 deferred pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival to cover potential damage, loss, or the need for deep cleaning. This is not a charge - it will be released after your unit has been cleaned and checked, provided everything is in order.
Deferred holding deposit - unlike some traditional banks, digital banks such as Monzo may be less flexible with manually reversing holds after our release date. If you have issues please contact us and we can provide the necessary details to have this reversed.
A member of our team will always contact you before any charges are applied, whether in part or in full.
Campsite facilities
We have 3 shared facility blocks on the campsite which include large accessible and family bathrooms, toilets, showers, wall mounted hairdryers, dishwashing and a laundry room containing washing machines, tumble dryers and iron & board.
As well as a well stocked shop offering a range of daily & camping essentials, fresh BBQ packs from our local quality butcher, soft drinks and ice-creams, the site also offers bike hire, with unrivaled access to cycling, walking and hiking trails directly from site.
Fire safety
Please note: smoking or vaping is NOT permitted inside any of the glamping units.
You may bring your own charcoal or gas BBQ which should not be used on the decking, but can be placed on the grass, raised above ground level during your stay.
Please do not bring additional electrical cooking appliances.
We do not permit campfires, fire pits or wood burning on site. Specialised fire-logs which do not emit embers may be purchased in our shop.
