Here at Bracelands Campsite we strive to recognize and reward all of our customers.
That is why we are very excited to announce that on the 1st March 2024 we will be launching our BRAND NEW Camping Loyalty Cards.
You can find all of our terms and conditions below. Loyalty cards will be available to collect from reception on the 1st March.
Our loyalty scheme runs annually between the 1st of January and 31stDecember. If a customer should achieve a fully stamped Platinum card within the year they will also be entered into our annual prize competition, with winners drawn at random to win one of these prizes: an iPad or Apple Watch, a free 7 night stay in any Glamping unit on Bracelands or Sherwood Pines, a free 7 night stay on any pitch type on any site or a £50 Amazon gift card.
Customers are enrolled if they elect to do so on the Silver level, and will get a stamp on every qualifying* stay.
Once both stamps are achieved on the Silver level, the card will be retained by the customer, and the campsite will issue the Gold card. Once the stamps are achieved on the Gold level, the camper retains the card and the site will issue the Platinum card.
There are 3 levels – Silver, Gold & Platinum :
· 1st Silver – stay twice (2 separate arrivals) and earn a free 1 night stay.
· 2nd Gold – stay a further three times (3 separate arrivals) and earn 2 free night’s stay.
· 3rd Platinum – stay a further four times (4 separate arrivals) and earn 4 free night’s stay and entered into the annual prize draw.
Sites will be issued with the loyalty cards to distribute to customers, and on each *qualifying arrival, if the card is presented the team will stamp the card.
Should a customer fill the Platinum card with all four stamps, the campsite will record their details to be entered into the annual prize draw.
All platinum card customer ID’s will be entered into a random generator app such as “spin the wheel” which will choose the winning customer, and reveal the prize, with results published on the 31st December.
**By entering the Platinum draw Sherwood Pines Camping Ltd will assume the customer agrees to this reveal being published and announced online and our social media platforms, including press coverage if appropriate and agreed beforehand.
A qualifying stay is defined as any fully paid, minimum 2 night stay on Bracelands, Postern Hill or Sherwood Pines, on either a touring pitch or in a glamping unit, arriving at any time throughout the year until the 31st December.
· All paid stays qualify.
· A “stamp” will be awarded on each separate arrival where there has been at least a 24hr break if returning to the same site.
· A customer may depart from one site and arrive on another within the same day – this will be deemed as a qualifying stay.
· Seasonal customers are excluded from the scheme; unless they book to stay on another campsite other than that where their unit is seasonally pitched, and pay for a stay at the published rate.
